Happiness heroes wanted: our helpdesk is calling!
You will be part of the business, customer care and product development teams. You will have a dynamic role in which you will be interacting with our clients on a regular basis to help our clients use and understand the functionalities and features of our product. Furthermore, you will be handling the helpdesk requests, solve arising issues and help to flag recurring issues and/or requests.
Are representative and can provide excellent customer service
Are patient, pay attention to detail and don't mind getting into the nitty-gritty
Are a problem solver and have a ‘can-do’ mentality
Are an excellent communicator and are able to do all verbal and written communication in Dutch as well as English
