ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

ADMINISTRATIVE JUGGLER WANTED

YOU:

You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and office support tasks such as administering finances, office management, assisting in administrative recruitment and human resources activities. We are looking for someone that can help to create an environment for an efficient day to day operation of our company. Not less important, you will also help with planning and organising meetings, team events, our yearly client BBQ and other activities. As we are a startup company, nothing is fixed and your work will vary from day to day.

  • Have experience as an administrative support/office admin assistant

  • Are proactive and have a hands on mentality

  • Pay attention to detail and exercise a high level of accuracy

  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Have organising skills and the ability to multitask

  • Are fluent in Dutch and proficient English

  • Work well with other people
